WOMAN BOUGHT FOOD FROM HOUGANG KFC & FOUND WORKER’S USED GLOVES INSIDE HER FOOD

Facebook user Surya Elyna shared how she had placed an order with KFC for self pick up at their Hougang 1 outlet earlier today (23 April).

She had bought a Zinger box meal and brought it home with her to eat, and when she reached home and opened up her food, she found a pair of used disposable gloves squashed up and left inside her food packaging.

Here is what she said

Good morning.

I purposely ordered for self pick online for convenience @ Hougang 1.

Dear KFC… to my surprise i open up my box and found your staff USED gloves chuck inside my zinger box. (Before you all say, haiya throw away and eat it la) yaya, i will do that ofcos cause im hungry but this is a wakeup call for everyone too.

But this is hygiene, i can’t throw all the food cause my money will be gone just liddat due to your poor staff’s hygiene, everyone can fall sick if it can happen also ok.

  2. On side note..the glove is used for preparing food anyway…not like it was used for other purpose like manning cashier where u need to touch cash etc…
