A Facebook user, Alicia Foo, shared how she bought a banana walnut muffin and discovered a few strands of hair inside after eating it.

Here is what she said
Bought a banana walnut muffin for $1.90 from SLTWO Muffins Singapore (Golden Mile Food Centre Outlet) today after lunch and got extra ingredients in it.
First bite, I pull out the short hair from my mouth and continue eating.
My last straw was when I took the second bite, I can feel another disgusting strand of hair so long that I cannot simply pull it out that I have to show it on video. See video in last pic.
Please investigate the above and ensure strict protocols are complied. Totally unacceptable HYGIENE practices!
