A Facebook user, Joelyn Tan, shared how she bought a couple of bags from a Facebook livestreamer, requesting for the bags to be brand new and wrapped.
However, she received one that came with a torn wrapper, and another that was allegedly unwrapped, torn and yellowish.
She reached out to the seller, who told her that “that is not my problem also”.

Just sharing my experience with this well known luxury livestreamer.
Brought item during their livestream recently , remark that I want brand new wrapped piece as they are for gift. Brought 2 bags.
1 came with torn wrapper. The other came totally unwrap,and a torn yellowish MK tag that was tape back. Totally look like a display piece. Ask me whatapps defect department , after that ask me whatapps refund department. Guess what ?
The person told me some bag came unwrap when they bring in from oversea . LOL. And they call that NEW.
Seriously it’s not my problem how they buy the bag from oversea. Because I paid to them and of course I want a brand new piece isn’t it !
