WOMAN BOUGHT WINE GLASS & RECEIVED BROKEN PARCEL, SELLER NO REPLY

A netizen shared how she bought a customized wine glass as a Christmas present but the product that she received was broken – the seller also didn’t reply her despite being online.

Here is the story:

“Please do not order items from them.

Customer service was friendly before you purchase from them. But after you confirmed the item, the customer service (on Whatsapp user) either don’t reply you, or they would just reply with “standard messages”

It was a customized wine glass for a Xmas gift, today I received the item just in time for Xmas.

when I opened up the box, I was really surprised with the Xmas gift, it was broken, and the best part is they bubble-wrapped the box but the glass is not wrapped with bubble wrap or any protection to prevent it from breaking.

And even though they bubble wrap the box, the box was damaged too. I dont know what kind of service or experience they have, it’s a wine glass, and…. ya, broken

Truly spoilt my Xmas mood. was looking forward to this gift for my friend and yet…….

The package still says “this package is full of happiness”

Full of surprise? full of broken glass? or full of anger?

I have messaged them on WhatsApp and Instagram but until now, I have yet to receive any reply from them even when they are online.”
