I bought this just over an hour ago from Kangkar outlet and found worm when preparing for dinner.

Called this outlet and was told to bring back for exchange but since I couldnt as it was rather far from my place, the receiver advised me to bag it and exchange tomorrow. *eeeks!!!*
Called head office, retold story again and requested to do an exchange at a outlet near my residence but was told it is their exchange policy to do it only at branch item was purchased. Fine. Mission impossible. Who in the right mind would keep a bag of rotten food with worm till they are able to visit the branch to exchange?!?
AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SUCH THING HAPPENED ON MY PURCHASE OF WORM-FILLED CORN FROM NTUC. IT WAS MY 2ND TIME.
