The dangerous incident occurred at about 12 noon yesterday (October 28) in the industrial building at No. 33, Ubi Road.
The SCDF arrived at the scene and immediately laid a safety air cushion below, and then a number of team members aimed at the opportunity, quickly cast a net, and successfully rescued the women.
The whole incident lasted for an hour and there were a crowd of people gathering on the scene to watch.
According to the Police, a 42-year-old was arreste following the incident and no one was injured.
