She deposited a total of about 1,008 pieces of coins worth $223.10, but to her dismay, she realised that she was charged a coin deposit fee of $15.05.
Here is what she said
Honestly quite disappointing to find out that there’s a fee deduction for depositing coins.
What of the tissue paper sellers and low-income who transact mostly with coins? Can DBS reconsider this policy.
