An audio clip was recently uploaded on by complaint.sg Instagram group recording an argument that happened between a passenger and a Grab driver.

From what was recorded, the argument was triggered after the Grab driver failed to follow the GPS. The reason for not doing so was due to the Grab driver wanting to avoid traffic jam in Mustafa area.
