
Facebook user Guess Wang recently posted on Facebook after she found a cockroach in her prawn noodles at the Koptiam Rivervale Plaza outlet. The manager of Kopitiam did not even apologize to her after the incident which left her feeling utterly disappointed.

Today I had dinner with my family at Kopitiam Rivervale Plaza and my husband ordered prawn noodle from this store. We found out the prawn noodle have special ingredient (small cockroach) I went to look for kopitiam manager and the store owner.

They only refunded me the money but they did not apologise at all. However, the problem is with the hygiene of the food and both the store owner and manager did not say a single apology. I feel disappointed on how this issue is handled by the Kopitiam management.
