To all mummies to be, or friends that have family, relatives and friends that are looking for confinement caterer. Please be AWARE and SHARE. I had 2 incidents of contaminated food, 2 melted bottles within 2 weeks of my confinement catering.
The worse part 1: I’m always brushed off with complimentary dessert, the last dessert they offered was bird nest and quoted the price for me ($28). Please I’m breastfeeding and your $28 is nothing if I’m sick or my NB life is at risk because food were unhygienic and had poor quality control.
Part 2: Hubbie spoke to Gerald, GM, his apology were insincere telling him that the 3 strands of hair were 发菜?!! Melted bottles were overlooked! Housefly in the dessert was manufacturer fault not them! We merely asked for the coverage of the next caterer and we were refused multiple times, We have yet request for the loss of time to search for alternative very last minute and the stress that caused upon us!How is it possible that Singapore Food Agency (SFA) graded this caterer with an A??
