A video was uploaded by Heartlanders Facebook page showing a woman forcefully breaks the carpark barriers in order to exit.

From the video, it was heard that the woman has broken the barrier for her exit from the carpark. It wasn’t sure why she did that but shouldn’t she asked for help from the operator instead of spoiling the barrier?
