Every other months, i will always get fever or other sickness. Just last month i got asthma attack at work. I was send to hospital.
This month yet again, i am down with asthma , fever and headache. This makes me take MC so frequently. My boss is so mad at me now. But i have MC as proved.
Do u think if i take mc frequently, will effect my job? Nobody wants to be sick. It’s just that my immune system is weak.
So every now and then i will fell ill. Right after i gotten covid, i fell sick so much often. I felt really bad.

- While you are not a slave to your job, let’s not be naive that constant MC will not affect your job performance. Need to address the root cause of why you’re falling sick so often. Speak to a medical professional about it.

- there should be an underlying cause to what is causing you to be sick, maybe mold growth in your house/room/toilet which trigger asthma etc?
- The truth is, no one owes anyone a living. Sure you can take MC and your boss has the right to get mad whether if it is valid or not. You should consider switching to something that is WFH especially since it is trending so there are more opportunities to get in instead of when the hype dies down and with you falling sick so often, eventually breakdown at your current job.
