A Facebook user has brought it to social media to warn netizen about a fundraising scam that is circulating around.

According to her, a fake fundraiser has been using some photo that she took to raise fund for a stray cat that was injured by a car. Apparently the cat had already passed away on the 05 Sep 2020.
She had already filed a police report against the fake fundraiser and urges people who had fallen for the scam to do the same.

“Hi! I’ve made a police report against people using my photo of the stray cat that I took to do fake fundraising!
This stray cat that I rescued, Already passed away on 5SEPT (Sat) Please help me to share around this post. Whoever who donated to the fake fundraiser, please make a police report!“
