A woman who visit a McDonald’s outlet at JCube, commended a McDonald’s employee for going the extra mile to help her when she was facing difficulties placing orders.
She had posted her commendation onto McDonald’s Facebook page.

I would like to take this apportunity to compliment Yuvan working at Mcdonalds Singapore at Jcube Outlet.
I had encountered some problems trying to order on the ekiosk counters as I didn’t know how to imput add-on extra order.
He was actually outside the counter helping Aunty at the ice cream counter. He assisted me and teach me how to use the ekiosk and even make sure that l understand so l can do it correctly next time.
He took the payment slip and brought me to the counter to make payment.
I’m your regular customer and have been watching him the way he serve customers. He is very friendly and approachable and willing to take the extra mile in helping his colleaques as well as customers.
You can see him amost everywhere where help is needed. In a competitive market you need to do everything you can to be one step ahead of your competition.
