A video emerged online shwoing a woman getting physically violent with a young boy at the side of a road.

She was seen in the video shouting at the young boy, before raising her leg to kick the little child as she bellowed at him.
The little boy was seen flinching and raising his arms to protect himself as the woman raised her hand and pointed at him.
The netizen who posted the video, Anama O’Reilly, said:
“I witnessed this woman screaming and kicking a young boy outside my window. The way he flinched looks like he gets hit on the regular. Where may we report such incidences?
