In her, 2-minute video, at least a few hundred individual items of garbage were spotted, mostly plastic bottles, food wrappings and many more.

Despite the beautiful scenery, the place is kind of turned off with the amount of garbage that is left behind.

Penalties:

Anyone found convicted of littering within a nature reserve, national park, or public park can be fined up to SGD$5,000.

Here are what netizen thinks:

  • Sad to see this. Singapore has been named as City Garden. To keep the environment clean and neat is part of our responsibility but many people are didn’t do that.
  • This is the problem that Singaporean wants to hear n see good things about Singapore.Everythings you see or heard are just a one sided and if you flip or turn over the other side, things will look different from what you have seen or heard earlier..
  • Users fault … and shame on us
  • Don’t blame NParks. Blame sia suay Singaporeans
  • People are just irresponsible
