According to Stomp, the incident happened at Depot Road. The woman was walking a dog while she was seen kicking the dog multiple times.
Her action was seen as animal abuse and the dog does not deserve such treatment.
According to the law, anyone found guilty of animal cruelty could be fined up to $15,000, jailed up to 18 months or both.
