(Longer Waiting Time at -new -2 in 1 -ATM & A bad encounter with one who can take up to 3 Queue-Line)Yesterday i was in the Plaza Singapura, at 5:30PM to make a quick cash deposit however i got shock! i could not find any cash deposit machine in the DBS Bank, to my surprise it has become the 2 in 1 -ATM- withdraw and deposit – one for withdraw cash and another cash deposit!
it has not reduce the size of the queue -waiting time and turn up to be longer than expected. and i want just a simple quick deposit cash into my account that is all. yet i got to face the music together in the same line -queue for -cash withdraw turn out to be an ugly one. one of the tomboy – lady who was in front the ATM, as if she has already considered take up to 3 queue -persons.
She insert the ATM 3 times and which i believe to be withdraw 3 times of cash! i did not really see how many card she has on her.. it was irritating for a person take their time and being selfish. after finishing, she in a hash tone: “says: see what.. see” suppose she has to apologise for taking up such a longer time in the ATM Machine. and i can see the APO Officer seen playing with the Robot – new “Talk Robot System” Â in the DBS Bank corner. i find it has distraught the task and duty of an APO and lost focus. The Bank and Public Safety come first!
it was a new concept and make over by the DBS Bank.. not only that they open an F&B / Cafe just like the Mcdonlad -Mc Cafe concept and got table and chair for Customer to sit and drink coffee and rela (not just come here to cash or bank in). Which i believe a good way making more profit. i just do not like the idea ATM -combine Cash Deposit and Withdraw- 2-in-1 System! Hope they will reconsider retain the old system and not to complicated – for the public/ customer feeling “lost” who are new to this 2-in-1 implement..
