WOMAN TRIES TO STOP 14 Y.O SISTER FROM SMOKING BUT FAMILY DON’T CARE

A woman recently shared a story about how she is struggling to stop her sister from smoking as she is too young.

She shared that her family is broken and her mother only cares about going out and dating men.

I am pretty disappointed in my whole family for neglecting my little sister who recently turned 14 y.o.

I moved away one year ago and after that, my mom started dating a dude and was never home. So basically my sister lived alone where she started drinking and smoking.

And when she visited my dad he smoked in front of her and she eventually stole cigarettes and started smoking by herself. Now she visited me and my older sister at our house.

I also smoke occasionally, but my older sister smokes every day. So my older sister took my little sister with her friends where they were all smoking and drinking and my lil sis told me it was very cool.

Am I wrong for getting mad about this?

I get people saying smoking isn’t as bad as everyone say, but I still feel it’s wrong to expose kids to this kind of substance since it’s still a drug after all.

I got into a fight with my older sister because she says it’s normal. I’m scared she will ruin her life because of this.
