The Singapore Police Force issued an appeal for information yesterday on 14 February, for a woman to assist them with their investigations into a case of dishonest misappropriation of property.

It is basically the misappropriation of any found and moveable property, by a person, who decides to keep it for his/her own use.
The alleged incident took place at Block 114 Edgefield Plains, at the bicycle bay of the aforementioned location, on 28 December last year.
