A Facebook user has shared her concern of people looking much older after getting married on NUSWhisper Facebook page.
She then compared herself to her relatives who were married and said that they have aged faster and lost their youth.
According to her, she does not want to suffer the same fate as she enjoyed being compliment by others. She then said that she was thinking to delay her marriage so that she could keep of youth longer.
In her Post:
“Is it true that people age faster after getting married?
I currently am in a stable relationship but can’t help thinking if I will suffer the same fate after getting married next time. I looked at some of my relatives, friends who have married and it looks like they have aged faster and lost their youth. It seems to get worse after having a child. I don’t know if it is due to stress. I currently look young for my age and receive lots of good compliments and admiration and I didn’t really want to lose those so fast. I am thinking if I should delay getting married to keep my youth longer.”
