WOMAN WANTS TO SUE MOTHER-IN-LAW FOR POSTING HER CHILD’S PHOTO ON FACEBOOK

my MIL has put us through emotional turmoil for the last year. We had to cut her off because it was one thing after the other with her.

Fast forward to the last few months, she’s now spreading false info on what REALLY happened to victimize herself.

She posted our family photo to speak of this embarrassing issue on Facebook when she has all of our friends.

we even received a terrible message from a strange number (obviously some one on her side of the family or a close friends) insulting me, without knowing what’s really going on due to her posting on Facebook.

It’s absolutely exhausting to deal with someone like this, we have tried our hardest to heal our relationship with her but it’s impossible.

We have talked with her ex-husbands to try and figure out how to go from here but they themselves ran away and basically told us she’s a psychopath and there’s nothing we can do.

Which we just said let’s ignore it she’ll get tired eventually.. WRONG.

She now sees we’re not reacting to her or giving her the time of day and she did the one thing we told her not to do post our baby on Facebook.

When I saw the post I immediately asked her to remove it as I don’t want our baby on her Facebook for safety reasons and she’s using her for sympathy.

Her current husband texted us and basically said she won’t take the post down because it’s her Facebook and she’s allowed to seek sympathy however she wants to and proceeds to tell me that if I can post my own child so can they because I don’t make the rules.

And proceeds to send me terms and conditions of Facebook (wtf) I’m so disgusted and frustrated with them. There’s no need to bring our baby into this.

What can I do legally to stop her from posting what happened in order to victimize herself and to stop posting Our baby?
