Facebook user Liew Sin Ee shared how she ordered a drink via Foodpanda and when her order arrived, her drinks had spilled out of the cup and into the bag.

She then contacted the Foodpanda customer service for help and was allegedly told to either drink it or share it with others.
Her request for a refund was also allegedly rejected.
Here is what she said

I received the drink spilled out and I feedback to food panda and asking for refund of spilled out drinks

But the agent told me to drink it or either share to others of the dirty drinks ! And not going to refund me ! I feel that’s are unreasonable !
I pay money for Delivery and services fees and if come with this and they not going to bare for it !

- To all food purchases, before you all receive by accepting the foods passed right on your hands. Do please, counter check the condition of the packing meals items that you all had purchase.
Make sure all in a good conditions, base on any delivery orders criteria that you all had agree before or after the payments.
Do gentle reminds the delivery food chains again, that they the food chains company too, had to delivery the meals with in a good condition in respected order.
So, both parties to have a good agreements to be flexible. Because, there will be a few cyclists also that do the delivery’s.
Especially, when they sent a set meals completed with drinks. So, again I said that, please do gentle remind the food chains company to remind the rider’s or cyclist make sure they put those drinks into a safe compartments inside the delivery box. These is to prevent the drinks spilling out from the packs, - look at that cup! drive rolls royce to deliver also, confirm will spill! you should boycott the shop, not the app
