foodpanda wtf is this? Your rider handed me this bag without even having the integrity to tell me that everything is spilled inside!
I had to open and to find out for myself. This is the second time, today, I am receving spilled items from your rider.
The first was just the drink but this time everything including the food. I was eagerly waiting as did not had my dinner and was so hungry but only to be shocked, disappointed, frustrated receive this trash.
Contacted your help chat and all they could do is to provide me a refund and keep making false assurance that they will highlight the matter to the relevant team because I don’t see any improvements.
The services just keep getting worse! I suggest your riders need retraining on proper handling of customer’s food and need to be upkeep their behaviour ethically.

Honestly i won’t push all the blame to rider… Some vendor/merchant their packaging really lousy… If you take a typical BBT cup but just use a cup cover, definitely will have spillage… But if you seal it 99.99% wont spill unless the seal broke off…
Cakes, cupcakes, soups and hot/cold drinks these are the items that needs to be packaged properly… Rider probably never realised that he/she spilled the food
Yeah no one likes to receive spilled food/drinks but no matter how careful one is if you go through bumps, potholes without realising that may have caused the spillage…
Foodpanda themselves will issue a compliance issue to the rider for multiple spillage or missing item complaints…
Yes i myself am one but not because I work as one means i side the rider… I too will definitely be disappointed but things happens so you moved on…
PS. Don’t come complaining to me about your foodpanda orders never received etc… I’m just a rider and cannot do anything ah… (cause this isn’t my first time replying to this kind of post and people complaining to me thinking i got some kind of magic wand to handle their complaints )
PPS. honestly people who complained spillage etc should try being a rider for themselves for a month… Not saying you cannot complain but sometimes you just need to be in someone’s shoes… No one does a perfect job every time… People screwed up you move on…
