He is failing to do the adult stuff, should I leave him?
So my boyfriend of 3 years (known him 8 years) is actually great guy. He really good to me and my family loves him.
But whenever he goes out or hang out with his friends, he goes out of control with alcohol or if they don’t drink, he would do something to harm himself.
Then he comes home a complete mess, he rarely have energy to even remove his cloths and have a bath. Then he just pass out. One time or two he even spits near the bed and he says he will clean it up. He also uses washroom and leaves it a mess too.
It annoys me deeply and really losing my vibe for him. I kind of lost interest in sleeping with him and it can be really not fun for me with him.
But he is the best in terms of matching my energy and having fun but afterwards when it comes to real adult stuff, I kinda don’t trust him.
Also he doesn’t do dates or special things like that because he says “he is not good at it”. I really do love him but are these reasons that I should leave him? (Btw we both are 28+ age)
