NINJA VAN SUCKS TO THE MAX!!! I called ninja van to arrange a specific delivery time to my BTO flat coz i yet to move in as i do not want delivery man to make a waste trip.
After making the appt from 2pm – 4pm. I make my way down next day (21/04 Fri) at 2pm to wait for the delivery.
I tried to called ninja van at 350pm but unable get thr. Always said line busy, AI telling me the Q number, i tot ok Q 14 i wait after said Q 13 and replied by AI no agent to attend to us and just freaking cut off.
THIS HAPPENED FOR EVERY CALL I MAKE FOR THE PASSED 3 HOURS!!! On my 10 call tot that Q 3 i feel so relieve. AI said Q 3 for 3rd time and said no agent and FREAKING CALL CUT OFF AGAIN.
Seriously what kinda of freaking services ninja van have??? On my 14 or 15 call, at last i can talk to human but they are totally useless and cant help even to check, only tell me to wait as delivery till 10pm base on their route.
I can understand that BUT can they understand us?? I WAITED FROM 2PM – 1038PM AND NO DELIVERY AT ALL. Tried to call them and they are close. FREAKING NINJA VAN!!!
I do not want to let deliveryman make a waste trip so i arrange a timing BUT THEY MAKE ME WASTE A TRIP TO GO DOWN WAITED 8.5HRS+ WITH NO DELIVERY AT ALL!!!
Seller / Merchant if you really wish to hired 3rd courier services, make a wise choice and choose the right responsible courier services. DO NOT CHOOSE NINJA VAN. Their services from bad to worst AND NOW SUCKS TO THE MAX.
Mine 1st and will be last experience. As long any seller/merchant 3rd courier services is ninja van. I will not patronize your shop as i do not wish to experience this kinda freaking experience from ninja van again.
