Facebook user Cheryl Capelli shared how her parcel from Singpost/Speedpost was allegedly damaged when she received it.
She said that her parcel allegedly arrived with a huge hole in it and completely wet.

Has anyone experienced claims from Singpost/speedpost before? I had a damaged package which arrived in April completely wet, with a huge hole and spillage – picture sent by singpost staff
I rejected the package and it was returned to sender, only for us to finally start the claims process now in Aug, and the form that Singpost filled up, denies the damage done to my package.
They are now pushing blame to seller and asking me to claim from seller instead, as “item was not sufficiently packed”
I dont think any bubble wrap would have helped since theres a giant hole on the box and they apparently took my box for a swim also..
