A woman shared how $2,700 was stolen from her account, even after the incident has been reported to UOB the woman was unable to get back the stolen funds.
On April 10, the woman posted an update stating that the incident was reported to the Police but it has been 3 months and she has not gotten her money back.
Here is what she said:
This is my personal S’pore UOB BANK Debit Card hacked! The reason I’m sharing this is to pay more attention to yourself if your money isn’t enough? 27 Dec 2021 & 28 Dec 2021 Because I was busy with work, I didn’t go to notice that the money was low and I didn’t find it. Until 19 Jan 2022 12.16 am, I only found it last night!!!Total 少了 SGD$2700++ I called the UOB Hotline last night and the staff said your debit card was stolen and they would return me the money within a week.
