Woodlands West Neighbourhood Police Centre released a humourous anti-theft video on their Facebook page yesterday (11 April)

In the video, a would-be bicycle “thief” could be seen armed with a pair of bolt cutters and sneaking towards a few rows of parked bicycles.

He was seen acting suspiciously and checking to see if there were anybody around at the time.

The plot twist of the video comes in the form of the “thief” about to break the locks and then noticing a CCTV above him.

He then stocked whatever he was going and turned around and started dancing with the bolt cutters, as the video ended with some words of advice for the viewers:

“If you need to park your bicycle at a public place, choose one with high human traffic preferably with CCTV monitoring.”
