According to a media release, a man working in an essential service did not return home after finishing his meal on the 9th of April.

On the 10th of April, He continued to loiter at public places for a period of time before returning home
MOM describes his actions as “This is a blatant breach of circuit breaker measures.”
MOM has since revoked his work pass and permanently banned from working in Singapore.
In a press release, MOM said “These rules are necessary for the health and safety of the individuals and the community,” MOM said. “Ignorance of the requirements is not an excuse, and MOM will not hesitate to enforce against errant individuals.”
