A video was recently uploaded to complaint.sg Instagram group showing 2 YPs attempting to steal shoes from a HDB unit.

From the CCTV footage, the 2 girls were seen sneaking their way to the front of a shoes rack placed in front of a HDB unit. They were seen choosing the shoes they want before they were caught.
A man was heard shouting at them from the inside of the unit before they runoff. It was unsure where and when did the incident happen.
