Parents found out I’m active in bed with my boyfriend and want details?
I’m 18f and I’m not sure why they’re surprised but I had my boyfriend over when they were gone and I guess they found evidence. My boyfriend threw the condoms in the rubbish bin beside the toilet instead of flushing them.
So it was really awkward they sat me down and gave me the ‘talk’ which up until now they’ve never even brought up.
So they want to know how often I was doing it, with how many guys, am I being careful and how, do I want babies etc.
The worst one was my dad asked exactly how my boyfriend was doing it and was it anything I didn’t want to do or made me feel ashamed.
I told them it’s none of their business and not telling anything since it’s personal. But I got the whole under my house as long as I live there.
I told them this discussion is over but they demanded answers and I better have them next time we talk. I feel so embarrassed and like it’s some invasion.
How can I get them to realize this is crazy I’m a grown person that can sleep with who I want and not answer to my parents even if I live in their house? Can I be reasonable with them without details? Should I just not f anymore at home?

- Most 18 year olds aren’t very responsible TBH, your parents are right to he concerned. Maybe their delivery wasnt great, but a lot of maturing still happens after 18.
