A video emerged online showing an errant cyclist riding his bicycle in the middle of the road, at what appears to be Orchard Road.

He was seen cycling in the middle lane blocking the camcar, with the cars around him as well at the time.
Active Mobility Act
Under the Active Mobility Act, cyclists are required to ride their bicycles as close as practicable to the far left edge of the roads.
They must also allow other traffic to be able to overtake them safely on the roads.
