A video was uploaded on the Facebook group Complaint Singapore which showed a boy who had his leg stuck in the escalator.

The civil defence could be seen trying to free the boy’s leg from the escalator. The incident happened at VivoCity.
This is not the first time that VivoCity had issues with their escalator. In August, a dog had it’s paw stuck in the escalator as well at Vivocity.
