A video emerged online showing a young punk picking a fight with a taxi driver at a Clark Quay taxi stand.
The incident happened on 14 April at about 10.36pm.
According to eyewitness reports, the young punk was shouting at the uncle and punching his taxi mirror.
The taxi driver then rolled down his window, to which the young punk then reached into his vehicle and hit him, shouting at him: “not happy come down one on one”.
The taxi driver then got out of his car and the young punk then ran towards him and punched the taxi driver, as the uncle fell onto the ground from the impact.
The young punk then tried to rain more blows on the uncle by kicking him but was restrained by passers-by.
It is understood that the police are currently investigating the incident.
