The Singapore police have arrested 4 male teenagers for allegedly slashing a 15-year-old at Toa Payoh.
The incident occurred at Block 60A Toa Payoh Lorong 4, at a multi-storey carpark on the evening of 29 April, at around 6.39pm.
Police cars and officers were seen at the scene with the crime scene being cordoned off.
A 500-metres long trail of blood could be seen starting from the ground floor of the carpark to the roof on the 6th floor.
The assault was believed to have been caused by a dispute between the young punks and the victim, resulting in one assailant attacking the victim with a knife.
The four teens arrested were aged between 15 and 20.
The victim was conveyed to the hospital conscious.
Rumours are spreading that the young punks chased after the victim to the roof after slashing him and threatened to push him off the roof (of course this is only speculation at the moment).
The police are investigating the case at the time of writing.
