YOUNGER GEN PARENTS SPOIL THEIR KIDS WORSE THAN GRANDPARENTS

As a young parent myself, I can relate first-hand to the difficulty of raising a child. It is a hard job and can involve a lot of tough decision-making, but it is also one of the most rewarding experiences.

Unfortunately, it seems that many young parents today are spoiling their kids much worse than their grandparents did.

When my grandparents were raising their kids, they were much stricter and more hands-off. They had certain expectations for their kids and these expectations were often enforced. If a child did something wrong, there were consequences that had to be faced. The children were expected to work hard in school and show respect to their elders. My grandparents understood that there was a lot of hard work and dedication that went into raising their kids.

In contrast, many young parents today are much more lenient when it comes to raising their kids. Instead of making sure their kids are doing their homework, they give them free reign to do whatever they want. Instead of having expectations for their children, they let them get away with anything and everything. Instead of having consequences for bad behavior, many young parents just give in and let their kids do whatever they want.

This lack of parental guidance does not prepare kids for the real world. Instead, it creates a sense of entitlement in which kids expect to get what they want without having to work for it. This can lead to a variety of problems, such as laziness, immaturity, and an inability to take responsibility for their actions.

It’s not just the parents who are to blame for this trend. Society has changed significantly since my grandparents were raising their kids. We now live in a world where technology has made things much easier and more convenient. We are always connected to the internet and have access to a seemingly infinite amount of information. This has made it easier for kids to get away with things and it has created a society where kids have more freedom than ever before.

In addition, there is a lot of pressure on parents to be perfect. We are constantly bombarded with images of perfect parents and perfect families. This can lead young parents to feel like they have to give in to their children’s demands in order to be seen as a good parent.

Overall, it is clear that young parents today are spoiling their kids far worse than their grandparents did. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. Parents need to be aware of the potential consequences of their actions and make sure that they are setting the right example for their kids. They need to set expectations, enforce them, and provide consequences when necessary.

It is also important for parents to remember that parenting is a difficult job and not one to be taken lightly. It is not easy to raise a child, but it is one of the most rewarding experiences. By taking a more hands-on approach, young parents can ensure that their kids are getting the guidance and support they need to become successful, responsible adults.
