A posting was recently posted on Facebook after a Youtuber name Rishi was sued by Leapvista for a video that he made speaking about all these gurus who can help one get rich fast. These so-called gurus are all over social media and especially in Youtube ads where many Youtube users would see these people describing on how they have attained “financial freedom” or how many properties they have purchased due to using certain knowledge that they have applied and how they would like to share such knowledge with everyone for a fee.

I’m Rishi & I’ve decided to fight the case against Leapvista as I’m being sued by them for a video which I made speaking & bringing up discussions regarding the influx of “gurus” on social media. You can watch the full video below on this page.
Videos as such allow the general public to not only have a discussion but many have come forward to share their personal experiences after paying certain amounts of money ranging up to thousands of dollars for these courses in a positive or negative light.
Taking into account the fact that recently there’s been a major spike all over social media with “gurus” popping out left, right & center with extremely bold claims – I believe it’s important that everyday people like you & I should have a conversation over it WITHOUT the fear of getting sued; Which is one of the major reasons why, I decided to fight this case.
This isn’t the first-time established companies in this space are sending individual creators lawyer letters for bringing up any sort of discussion based on the happenings.
However, I am no “internet millionaire” & so I’m requesting help from you guys to assist me with the legal fees for this entire case because I believe such courses will be put under the spotlight & that’ll be beneficial to many Singaporeans.
