The young punk could be seen chanting the gang poem for the “108” and “Hai Lok San” gang and flashing gang signs.
Preliminary investigations by netizens revealed that he is allegedly the guy wearing a white jersey in the viral urination video who was shouting at the “victims” inside the toilet.
