A video was recently uploaded to Complaint Singapore Instagram group showing a schoolboy throwing a chair across the school’s hall.

From the video, the young boy was seen spinning around before throwing the chair across the hall. It seems like the boy was having a lot of fun as many other chairs were seen lying around on the floor.
