A video emerged online showing a group of teenagers loitering around a HDB block’s corridor, presumably on the 2nd floor.

One of them was seen throwing rubbish our of the corridor and onto the roof of the shelter.
He was seen looking around to make sure nobody saw him, but he was caught on CCTV littering.
