A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page sgfollowsall which shows a young punk vandalized a carpark wall.

The incident was believed to have happened at a multistory carpark in Singapore and he was seen using a paint spray can to vandalize the walls. Images of a private part was spraypainted onto the wall as well.
