The punching ball still had the base attached to it when found.

The YP is due to be charged today (6 May) under a rash act charge.

A punching ball is something like a punching bag, usually used by martial artists to practice their punching.

The police were alerted to the incident on 17 January at about 11.10pm, and when they arrived, they learned that the alleged perpetrator was an 18-year-old teenage boy who threw it down from his unit.

The police however, did not divulge from which floor the ball was thrown down from.
