A video emerged online showing a group of YPs inside what appears to be a disco/club, with loud music playing in the background.
One of the YPs was seen being confronted while seated by another guy who was standing over him, and the two then got into an argument.
The YP then got up from his seat, to which the guy in black then swung a punch towards his jaw, and the fight then escalated.
The other YPs then jumped in to join the fight, with further punches being thrown at each other, as the others tried to break up the fight.
Potential penalties
According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
According to Chapter 321 of the Penal Code, anyone who performs an act that causes hurt to a person is guilty of Voluntarily Causing Hurt.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to 3 years and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
