YPs SEEN GATHERING MORE THAN TWO AT SERANGOON GARDENS LATE AT NIGHT

Singapore entered into Phase 2 Heightened Alert (P2HA) on the 22nd July, 2021 due to the rise in Covid-19 cases.

This means that social gatherings group sizes are to be kept at 2, apart from many other measures.

However, a photo of a group of YPs gathering at Serangoon Gardens Circus Carpark recently emerged on Facebook.

These YPs were seen standing in a circle and chit-chatting.
