Heated Argument Escalates In Industrial Car Park
The incident happened at around 8.10pm on 8 June at 6 Tuas South.
One of the men, dressed in a white T-shirt and carrying a green towel around his neck, was seen gesturing wildly at two security officers. Another man, wearing a blue T-shirt and pink shorts, later joined in the confrontation.
At one point, the man in the white T-shirt even wrapped the towel around his head while continuing to shout.
The security officers appeared to remain calm and did not react to the men’s behaviour.
Police Called In As Situation Gets Out Of Hand
Another video showed the man in the white T-shirt arguing with another individual wearing a blue shirt, with both men waving their arms aggressively as the argument intensified.
Police officers eventually stepped in.
Footage later showed one officer pinning the man in the white T-shirt against the back of a lorry while another man appeared to interfere as additional officers rushed to the scene.
Separate clips also showed both men being restrained while police sirens blared in the background.
In one video, at least four people, including police and security officers, were seen holding down the man in the white T-shirt.
The exact sequence of events remains unclear, and the reason behind the altercation has not been publicly disclosed.
One Man Also Arrested For Harassment Of Public Servant

Public Drunkenness Is An Offence In Singapore
Under Singapore law, being drunk and behaving in a disorderly manner in public can lead to arrest.
Authorities have repeatedly reminded members of the public that aggressive behaviour towards security officers, police officers, and other frontline personnel will be taken seriously.
Security officers are authorised personnel carrying out their duties, and interfering with or assaulting them may result in additional criminal charges.
