It is believed that both girls are underaged and should be in secondary school. It is currently illegal for an individual to vape in Singapore.
It is an offence under the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act to use, purchase or possess a vaporiser. Those who are convicted can be fined up to S$2,000.
