320 MILLION WORTH OF VOUCHERS TO BE SET ASIDE TO BOOST TOURISM SECTOR

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Singapore’s tourism sector is known to be one of the sectors that took the hardest hit.

In view of helping the tourism sector, the Singapore government has set aside $320 million to be used as tourism vouchers which will be given out to Singaporeans. These vouchers can be used while visiting some of the local attractions.

These vouchers are known as the “SingapoRediscovers Vouchers”. The main objective for creating these vouchers is to promote local tourism to help the tourism industry.

Further details in regards to the vouches will be shared by the Ministry of Trade and Industry in the upcoming month.
