According to a media release, 58 households were offered to go through a swab test after 9 confirmed COVID-19 case was found residing at in the same section of Block 111 Tampines Street 11.
The 9 confirmed cases were tested positive on 23 Jun 2020 and 27 Jun 2020 respectively.
As a precaution measure, all 58 households were placed under quarantine as they shared the same lift lobby and stairways as the 9 infected patients. These 58 households were placed under active phone surveillance and common areas in the block were disinfected.
A total of 160 people were contacted by the Ministry of Health for the testing. 58 of the 160 were tested negative on Wednesday and more people will be expected to be tested in the next few days.
Further precaution measures will be in place if more case arise.
