He was a sergeant while the victim was a corporal, who was a paramedic.

The incident happened on 31 October 2020, when the man was sitting alone at the back of the ambulance.

The victim was at work at the time and the man then asked him if he could kiss him on the cheek.

The victim agreed because he saw him as a father figure and thought he was “showing his affection”.

The man then pointed to his lips, saying that the kiss was “supposed to be here”.

The paramedic then rejected him.

The man looked around him to make sure no one was looking inside the ambulance before kissing the victim’s lips, biting him in the process.

The victim was shocked and didn’t react.

The man then asked him to go to his house but the paramedic rejected him.

The victim then adjusted his trousers to which the man asked him if he wanted to be touched “there”.

He then reached for the victim’s groin but the victim evaded his touch.

The victim then complained to his superior about the incident, who then informed the police.
